Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges:
If the sizing you ordered isn’t quite the right fit, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise replacement sizing. Any postage costs are paid for by the customer and delays in receiving replacement sizing may be experienced.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
We will certainly replace items that are assessed to be faulty, defective or damaged. Please email email@example.com.
We do not refund or exchange change of mind purchases. You may be able to cancel or amend your order within 1-2 hours from when you first placed the order. If you notify us later than this time frame, changes/cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds will not be issued due to customers not reading pre-order information and estimated shipping times.
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are eligible for a refund (see above), once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and only costs for products and items purchased will be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
