I HAVE A DISCOUNT/PROMO CODE. HOW DO I USE IT?
Great! Once you have found some cute and adorable items and reached the checkout page enter your code into the discount box. Be sure to enter the correct code and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied! If you are experiencing difficulty in applying a discount/promo code, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE you place your order. Discounts cannot be applied to orders that are placed and charged. Only one discount code can be used per order.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
We've sourced some fantastic products from our suppliers and to keep our pricing low, these suppliers are located outside of Australia. Our orders operate on a pre-order system. We have some really cute and trendy clothes that are totally worth the wait! Average delivery time is 3-5 weeks (this could extend to 6 weeks if there are Public Holidays etc, natural disasters, delays in postage system or other events outside of our control) so please keep this in mind. It is not possible to fast track this. If you have concerns about your package not arriving, contact us at email@example.com.
Shipping is provided within Australia at a flat rate of $8. Customers living in the Brisbane area may receive their package via private courier instead of Australia Post at no additional cost.
Shipping to New Zealand is now available. Postage starts at $17.75.
It is important to note that Address details that are incorrect or insufficiently supplied will incur a redirection fee of $10.
If part of your order is available to ship earlier than the rest of your order, you can elect to have the available item posted separately at an additional cost
WHAT ABOUT SIZING?
Due to our products being sourced from many different suppliers, the sizes can vary slightly as each brand is different. A size 0-3 Months is not Newborn sizing and the sizes will differ from brand to brand.
For example: A size 0-6 Months in one brand may be a larger fit than another brand and so on with other sizes.
The sizing should be used as a guide only and may differ depending on the size or weight of your baby for their age. We always recommend ordering a slightly larger size for growth, particularly if your baby is larger for their age.
Size charts are provided where possible with measurements to assist with ordering the correct size. These measurements are provided as a guide and it is recommended to allow for a 2-3% difference in measurements provided according to manual measurement.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
We quality check all items before shipping, however mistakes can be made (we are only human). If you have received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please help us by providing a some photos showing us what the defect/fault is. This will assist in speeding up the returns process. Contact us at email@example.com should your item be faulty.
If you are unsure of a garments care, always ‘cold hand wash’ to avoid any damage in the garments fabric. If your garment is damaged because it was washed incorrectly we are unable to accept this as a faulty item or as a return.
WEAR AND TEAR
If you damage a garment after wearing it e.g a button falls off or the zip breaks because of ‘wear and tear‘ we cannot accept these garments back as a faulty item or a return.
It is important to note that actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor and digital screen has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor.
